Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations at Quick Heal IT Security Services are governed by the following guidelines.
Refund Eligibility
- Network or Security Assessments: Non-refundable once an assessment has started.
- Cloud and Endpoint Security Services: Refunds are not available once configurations or deployments have been completed.
- Training Programs: Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Deposits and Payments
- Deposits for ongoing service contracts are non-refundable once resource allocation begins.
- Refund requests must be reviewed and approved by the billing department.
Cancellations
- Clients may cancel long-term services by providing 7 days’ written notice before renewal or continuation.
- Once services commence, only partial refunds may be considered for unrendered services, subject to review.
